The Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) and Toronto Hydro celebrated a significant milestone by activating the 500th public electric vehicle (EV) charging station within Canada’s largest municipally owned network. This latest charger, located at Green P Carpark 504 on Willingdon Blvd., broadens access to EV infrastructure throughout Toronto.

Since 2020, Toronto Hydro and TPA have collaborated to grow the city’s EV charging network. Toronto Hydro initially launched the network before transferring ownership to TPA in 2023, continuing the joint effort to expand charging options for residents.
