This Christmas, People’s Postcode Lottery returned to the snowy streets with its largest multi-channel campaign to date. The festive effort was created in-house and directed by Vince Peone through The Gate+.
The TV advertisement features Davina McCall, Emma Willis, and Mike Wedderburn delivering news of a record £38.2 million prize pot, spreading joy across neighborhoods.
“Could your door be the winning one?”
Fred Sirieix makes a spectacular appearance, skydiving from the iconic red blimp to pose the question and encourage viewers to register before midnight on Sunday, 30 November.
The campaign intensifies during the final weekend before the registration deadline, with People’s Postcode Lottery seamlessly integrating into broadcaster continuity segments. These include contextual voiceovers framing popular ITV and Channel 4 shows such as Gogglebox and I’m A Celebrity.
To expand beyond television, the lottery brand partnered with Goalhanger Podcasts for a unique crossover with The Rest Is series. A takeover week across its top four shows introduces branded content and host-led engagement segments asking audiences:
“Is your door in the draw?”
The campaign further extends across radio, out-of-home displays, and digital channels. The wide-reaching strategy was planned and purchased by the7stars agency in collaboration with the lottery’s own media investment team.
A dynamic holiday campaign unites TV, digital, and podcast channels, showcasing People’s Postcode Lottery’s ambitious prize push and distinctive storytelling across the UK.
