Netflix Announces 'Stranger Things: Tales From '85' Animated Series
Netflix is expanding the Stranger Things universe with an animated spinoff titled Stranger Things: Tales From '85', set to premiere in 2026. This new show will take place between Seasons 2 and 3 of the original supernatural drama.
Setting and Plot
The story unfolds in 1985 during a cold winter in the town of Hawkins. Eleven and her friends—Mike, Max, Lucas, Dustin, Will, and Hopper—investigate a paranormal mystery unfolding in their community.
Production and Creators
The series is created by showrunner Eric Robles along with Stranger Things co-creators Matt and Ross Duffer.
