While the /e/ Foundation has offered some Fairphone models in the US with a de-Googled Android version called /e/OS, those came at higher prices.
Now, Fairphone CEO Raymond van Eck revealed to Reuters that the company is introducing its first product in the US market: a pair of repairable headphones. This move might pave the way for selling sustainable, repairable smartphones directly to US customers in the future.
