The Miami-area home of Heat coach Erik Spoelstra caught fire early Thursday morning shortly after the team returned from a road trip. A two-alarm blaze broke out at Spoelstra's multi-million dollar residence, located in Miami-Dade County, according to reports from Milena Malaver, Carl Juste, and David Neal of the Miami Herald.

The Heat and Spoelstra arrived on a chartered flight from Denver around 5 a.m. ET, which was about 25 minutes after firefighters were dispatched to the property. The home sits on a 43,000-square-foot lot and was sold for $6.6 million in 2023.

Firefighters battled the fire for over four hours at the five-bedroom house, which features a pool and tennis courts. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
