Plans have been submitted to convert B-listed buildings on Edinburgh's Princes Street and Hanover Street into 24 serviced apartments and office headquarters.
Serviced apartments developer Destiny Scotland has appointed Studio LBA as the lead consultant and architect for the project.
The B-listed buildings, located within Edinburgh's UNESCO World Heritage Site, are currently in a semi-derelict state, having been vacant for several decades.
A previous planning permission and listed building consent for 30 serviced apartments will be superseded by the new proposals, which modify the plans to the roof level and retain the first-floor commercial space as an office for Destiny Scotland.
