ATLANTA (AP) — Brandon Ingram scored 20 points, leading the Toronto Raptors to a 109-97 comeback victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night. It marked Toronto’s second consecutive NBA Cup triumph and their fourth overall.

Down by 13 points in the second quarter, the Raptors surged ahead 82-81 midway through the fourth quarter when Scottie Barnes scored on a layup. Immanuel Quickley followed with a three-pointer, extending the lead to 85-81. The Raptors maintained control to secure the win, opening a five-game road trip on a high note.

For Atlanta, Jalen Johnson led with 21 points, while Nickeil Alexander-Walker scored 20, and Kristaps Porziņģis added 17. The Hawks played without All-Star guard Trae Young, sidelined by a right MCL sprain. Atlanta’s record in NBA Cup play is now 1–1.
