Footy legend Brendan Fevola shared that he was the victim of a strange home invasion over the weekend and feared that he and his family were about to be robbed. The father of four was getting ready to take his youngest daughter, Tobi, rollerskating when the unusual event occurred.
As Fevola and his family were leaving the house, he turned around and was shocked to find an elderly woman and her dog standing in his hallway.
“Oh my god, I’ve had an intruder,” Fevola told the Fifi, Fev and Nick show. “I turn around and see this old lady with a dog walking into our house with a dog and the dog just comes in and I go: ‘Hello?’”
Fevola admitted that at first, he became suspicious and worried that the woman might be scouting his home for a potential robbery, especially with it being Halloween weekend.
“I was like: ‘Is this person scoping my house out? Get old people to come into my house and see what you’ve got and later on you get robbed.’ I was like: ‘Is this a set-up?’”
Brendan Fevola's weekend took an unsettling turn when an unexpected visitor entered his home, leaving him concerned for his family's safety amid a bizarre home invasion.
