The Vancouver Canucks have officially parted ways with winger Vitali Kravtsov. General manager Patrik Allvin announced on Tuesday that the team placed the 25-year-old Russian player on unconditional waivers to terminate his contract.
Kravtsov joined Vancouver's training camp in Penticton, B.C., before being assigned to the team's American Hockey League affiliate, the Abbotsford Canucks. He scored one goal and provided three assists in 10 games there.
The six-foot-three, 186-pound forward "had one goal and one assist over 16 games during the 2022-23 season."
