Elf Beauty Reports 14% Sales Growth in Q2

Elf Beauty's net sales increased by 14% year-on-year, reaching $343.9 million in Q2 of fiscal 2026. This quarter marked the first to include results from Rhode, acquired just before the Q1 earnings in August.

Strong Market Performance and Brand Growth

“Our Q2 results, which included 140 basis points of market share gains for our namesake Elf brand and a record-breaking launch of Rhode in Sephora North America, are a continuation of the consistent, category-leading growth we’ve delivered over the past 27 quarters,”

said Tarang Amin, Elf Beauty chair and CEO. He added,

“We remain confident in our strategy to grow market share and capitalize on the significant whitespace ahead of us.”

Rhode Brand Performance

According to CFO Mandy Fields, Rhode made a significant impact with its Sephora North America launch.

“The launch was the second best launch that they’ve had in North America, which is incredible to see,”

Fields told Vogue Business ahead of the earnings call, adding,

“Rhode continues to have momentum behind it.”

Elf Beauty expects Rhode to contribute $200 million to net sales for the period from acquisition in August through March. Fields projects that on an annualized basis, Rhode will reach $300 million for the fiscal year, reflecting 40% year-over-year growth.
