Out of the five members of K-pop girl group NewJeans (from left: Danielle, Hanni, Haerin, Minji, and Hyein), initially only Haerin and Hyein declared their intention to stay with the record label Ador following a court ruling.

On November 11, the agency Hybe, which owns Ador, announced via its official X account:

“NewJeans members Haerin and Hyein have expressed their intention to continue their activities with Ador. After careful discussions with their families and the company, they have decided to respect the court’s ruling and abide by their exclusive contracts.”

Shortly following Ador’s announcement, South Korean media outlets including Yonhap and the Maeil newspaper reported that Minji, Hanni, and Danielle also resolved to remain with the label after careful consideration.
