Lawsuit Against Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney Dismissed
A lawsuit filed by Chef Penny Davidi against Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney over their sandwich shop, Something About Her, is being dismissed.
Chef Penny Davidi, who was the COO/Director of Culinary, claimed that Katie and Ariana failed to give her a 10-percent cut of the business as per their agreement.
The Vanderpump Rules stars denied any wrongdoing.
According to a report by Us Weekly, Chef Penny told the court on October 2 that she was dismissing her case, which was set to begin trial on March 16 of next year.
The dismissal is conditional, but the conditions have not been disclosed.
Chef Penny claimed that the dismissal depends on certain conditions being met.
