Salesforce Updates Agentforce 360
Salesforce has announced an update to its Agentforce platform, aiming to provide a faster path from AI prototypes to production-scale agents.
Customers are not currently getting value from their AI investments, they are stuck in what I call 'pilot purgatory'
Agentforce 360 will unite humans, agents, apps, and data, with Slack as the front end, and will be showcased at the company's annual Dreamforce conference.
The new release is intended to help teams build, deploy, and control agents to power the agentic enterprise, although some features are still to come or in pilot phases.
