Orange County taxpayers may bear tens of millions of dollars in costs defending sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuits against District Attorney Todd Spitzer and his administration, due to a lack of accountability.
Attorney Bijan Darvish notes a pattern of misconduct, retaliation, and costly litigation inside the DA’s office, stemming from a "complete lack of accountability at the highest levels."
"I think the words to describe it are conduct rewarded is conduct repeated,"
