Arsonist Pleads Guilty to Firebombing Governor's Residence
Cody Balmer, a 38-year-old man from Harrisburg, has pleaded guilty to all charges against him, including attempted murder and terrorism.
He was accused of firebombing the Pennsylvania governor's residence in April and appeared in person for the plea hearing at the Dauphin County Courthouse in Harrisburg.

Balmer was seen walking into the courthouse with his hands cuffed and ankles chained together.
