New Orleans City Council Election Results
The New Orleans City Council will feature a mix of old and new faces next term, with all seven seats again going to Democrats.
The election results included the re-election of four incumbents:
- council president J.P. Morrell to his at-large Division 2 seat
- Freddy King III in District C
- Eugene Green in District D
- Lesli Harris in District B, who ran unopposed
Additionally, Matthew Willard, 36, was elected to the at-large Division 1 seat, defeating Delisha Boyd with 59% of the vote to her 31%.
