Teens to Tackle Climate at Summit

Young environmental leaders will gather at the Benson Centre on November 4 for the fifth annual Youth Climate Action Summit.

The event, hosted by the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Network, City of Cornwall, and The River Institute, empowers youth aged 14-18 to develop Climate Action Plans for their schools and communities.

Keynote and Workshops

Ojistoh Horn will deliver the keynote,

“Local Action for the Health of the Planet,”
blending Indigenous knowledge and practical solutions.

Entrepreneurship Panel and Funding

A new entrepreneurship panel will spotlight local green businesses.

Attendees can apply for up to $500 in seed funding to launch their projects.
