Young environmental leaders will gather at the Benson Centre on November 4 for the fifth annual Youth Climate Action Summit.
The event, hosted by the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Network, City of Cornwall, and The River Institute, empowers youth aged 14-18 to develop Climate Action Plans for their schools and communities.
Ojistoh Horn will deliver the keynote,
“Local Action for the Health of the Planet,”blending Indigenous knowledge and practical solutions.
A new entrepreneurship panel will spotlight local green businesses.
Attendees can apply for up to $500 in seed funding to launch their projects.
