A former employee of the South Dakota Department of Social Services' Child Protective Services has been indicted on charges related to falsifying investigative reports.
Nova Collins, 56, of Spearfish, was indicted on four felony counts and one misdemeanor count of falsifying investigative reports related to a child abuse investigation.
