US Defence Secretary's Aircraft Makes Emergency Landing in UK
A United States Air Force C-32A carrying US Secretary of Defence Pete Hegseth was forced to make an emergency landing at RAF Mildenhall due to a cracked windscreen.
The aircraft, operating under the callsign SAM153, safely diverted from its transatlantic route and touched down at the Suffolk airbase, with no injuries reported among those on board.

The C-32A is a military variant of the Boeing 757, used for senior US government transport under the Air Force’s Special Air Mission fleet, primarily carrying high-ranking officials.
