US Defence Secretary's Aircraft Makes Emergency Landing in UK

A United States Air Force C-32A carrying US Secretary of Defence Pete Hegseth was forced to make an emergency landing at RAF Mildenhall due to a cracked windscreen.

The aircraft, operating under the callsign SAM153, safely diverted from its transatlantic route and touched down at the Suffolk airbase, with no injuries reported among those on board.

All good. Continue mission!

The C-32A can also serve as Air Force One when a smaller aircraft is required, featuring advanced communications systems and powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW2000 engines.
