InterContinental Bali Resort Appoints New Resort Manager
Abdul Hafid bin Mohamed Gaus has been appointed as the resort manager of InterContinental Bali Resort.
A native of Singapore, Hafid brings over 20 years of experience in the industry, having held leadership roles at various establishments, including Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, Shangri-La Jakarta, Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore, and Shangri-La Mactan Resort & Spa.
He brings extensive operational expertise and a focus on innovation, with a passion for using technology to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
Hafid's appointment is part of the resort's efforts to expand and improve its services.
