Tottenham's Interest in Lautaro Rivero
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing River Plate defender Lautaro Rivero, according to Spanish outlet Fichajes.
Since Micky Van de Ven joined the team, he has been an undisputed starter, but his fitness problems over the last two seasons have caused issues. In his absence, former manager Ange Postecoglou used Ben Davies and Archie Gray in the left centre-back position.
However, Ben Davies is a left-back by trait, and Archie Gray is a midfielder, leaving Spurs without a natural left-footed centre-back to support Micky Van de Ven.
Thomas Frank is looking to resolve this issue next year.
