U20 World Cup: Sarco and Argentina Reach Final
Alejo Sarco and Argentina have advanced to the U20 World Cup final in Chile, defeating Colombia 1-0 in the semi-final.
Sarco, who has scored four goals in the tournament, played the full 90 minutes against Colombia. The winning goal was scored by Mateo Silvetti of Inter Miami in the 72nd minute.
Their opponents in the final, Morocco, eliminated France with a 5-4 win on penalties after a 1-1 draw in regular time.
The final between Morocco and Argentina, the record U20 World Cup winners, will take place on Sunday at 01:00 CEST.
Argentina beat Colombia 1-0, and Morocco beat France 5-4 on penalties.
