Illawarra Hawks' Coach Denies 'False' Report
Following the Hawks' significant 116-89 win over the Brisbane Bullets, head coach Justin Tatum addressed what he termed as 'false' reports regarding departed import JaQuori McLaughlin.
Tatum clarified that the team and McLaughlin mutually parted ways on Friday, a day prior to the win.
The report was false, and that young man was nothing but a pleasure for our organisation and in our locker room, on and off the court.
A previous report by Code Sports had suggested that McLaughlin's departure was due to him being a 'cancer' in the locker room, which Tatum vehemently denied.
Tatum's team secured their first win of the NBL26 season with Tyler Harvey's notable performance.
