Stella praises Red Bull but hints at COTA edge for McLaren
McLaren team boss Andrea Stella believes the Texan heat could yet turn the tables on Red Bull’s Max Verstappen.
After a close Sprint Qualifying at the Circuit of the Americas, where Lando Norris finished 0.071s shy of Verstappen, Stella expressed confidence.
“I think this is actually a relatively genuine representation of the competitive field being very close at the top,”
Stella told Sky Sports F1, acknowledging Red Bull's improvement while remaining upbeat about McLaren's chances.
