The trial was regarding custody arrangements for their 5-year-old daughter, Juno. According to court filings, the couple is now working together privately to reach an agreement regarding custody.
[Turner-Smith and Jackson] are in the process of negotiating a custody judgment. The parties will return to the privately compensated temporary judge to resolve any impasses in the proposed custody judgment.
The filing was submitted by Turner-Smith's attorney on Tuesday, Oct. 14, requesting that the trial be removed from the court's calendar.
