Hayes played 14 minutes in the season-opening loss to Golden State on Tuesday, recording four points and six rebounds. With Maxi Kleber sidelined for at least the next couple of weeks due to a strained oblique, the Lakers made two-way center Christian Koloko available against the Timberwolves in light of the hit to their big man depth.
