Hezbollah Antitank Commander Eliminated
The IDF has confirmed the elimination of Zayn al-Abidin Hussein Fatouni, a commander in the antitank unit of Hezbollah's Radwan Force.
Fatouni was targeted in Jibchit, southern Lebanon, on Saturday. According to the IDF,
he was recently involved in efforts to reestablish Hezbollah’s terrorist infrastructure in southern Lebanon, constituting a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.
The IDF stated that
his activities posed a threat to the State of Israeland that they
will continue to operate in order to remove any threatto the country.
