Utica Outlasts Warren Cousino in Prep Football
Utica and Warren Cousino, both already qualified for the postseason, used their Friday matchup as a final tune-up for the playoffs.
Utica, the MAC White Division co-champion, outlasted host Cousino 42-34 for a MAC crossover win. They used a 21-7 second-quarter run to create a cushion between the two teams before holding on for the eight-point victory.
Other notable wins include Lakeview topping rival Lake Shore and Chippewa Valley and Warren Mott recording lopsided wins.
