A judge has ruled that Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, will be allowed to wear street clothes during his trial, but must be physically restrained.

Charlie Kirk, a right-wing political activist, was assassinated during a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University in September.

Utah County attorney Jeff Gray said they will seek the death penalty in this case.
