Warner Chappell Expands into Portuguese Market
Warner Chappell Music has signed Portuguese singer-songwriter Maninho, marking its expansion into the market.
Maninho, who also has a record deal with Warner Music Portugal, gained popularity in 2021 with his debut single "Pode Tentar", which became one of the year's biggest hits.
He has achieved seven platinum and two gold certifications in four years as a solo artist. As a songwriter, he has collaborated with notable artists such as Bárbara Bandeira, DAMA, Héber Marques, and Mariza.
