Sofia Goetter led No. 3 Mid Valley to a 6-1 victory over No. 2 Lake-Lehman in the District 2 Class 2A girl soccer semifinals.
Goetter had three goals and an assist, while Gwen Mazur added a goal and an assist. Lia Salierno and Adyson Zabriski each scored a goal for the Spartanettes. Kinley Purdy scored Lake-Lehman's only goal.
