GAMEFACE: Game of the Week, Dunmore at Riverside
The last time Dunmore and Riverside clashed, it came down to the final play, with Riverside winning 17-14 in overtime.
This week, third-seeded Dunmore (7-3) plays two-seeded Riverside (8-2) in a semifinal game at Riverside Veterans Memorial Stadium at 7 p.m.
"The team, since that loss, really focused because that was a great motivator for us to be humble,"
said Dunmore quarterback and defensive back Weston Yannone. Dunmore has worked hard in preparation for this rematch.
Dunmore and Riverside have a storied history in the district and state playoffs, and have built a rivalry.
