Argentina's President Javier Milei, representing the fascistic party La Libertad Avanza (LLA), secured a surprise victory in the country's October 26 mid-term elections.
The mid-terms were marked by the lowest turnout since the end of the dictatorship in 1983, with LLA gaining seats and obtaining over 40 percent of the vote nationally across both houses.
