Nearly 600 customers in Moss Park regained power after an outage lasting from 8:11 a.m. Wednesday until 1 p.m. Thursday, according to Toronto Hydro.
The blackout affected the area stretching from Queen Street East and Jarvis Street to Parliament Street and Front Street East.
The disruption was caused by a suspected third-party dig-in at an active construction site, leading to damage to Toronto Hydro’s infrastructure.
