Frederik Vesti's First Year with Action Express
Frederik Vesti described himself as a "sponge" within the Action Express Racing Cadillac team in his first year of GTP racing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
The 23-year-old Danish driver, also a Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 test and reserve driver, joined the Whelen-sponsored Cadillac V-Series.R entry for a seven-race program.
Vesti, along with co-drivers Earl Bamber and Jack Aitken, won the final two races of the season, helping Aitken finish second in the drivers' championship.
