Motorist Detected Drink Driving at 8:30am on Monday Morning
A motorist was found to be over the drink drive limit at 8:30am on Monday, August 11, this year.
Arturas Puplauskas, 39, of Wildwood in Portadown, was detected near his home by police and was found to be slurring his words.

There was “no excuse” for the offence, according to the defence solicitor.
Puplauskas had previous offences, including driving whilst unfit. He was banned from driving for three years and fined £300 at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court.
