Stafford's Hartwood Supervisor Race
Incumbent Republican Darrell English faces two independent challengers: Kelly Robertson and Marcus Oats, who is endorsed by the Stafford Democratic Committee.
English, a former county planning commissioner and longtime Stafford Sheriff's Office employee, aims to continue serving his community.
Because I've been in public service so long, I just wanted to keep doing what I'm doing and make sure that the citizens are taken care of in Stafford.
He highlights his responsiveness to citizens and notes his biggest accomplishment as getting two new schools built: Hartwood High School and Falls Run Elementary.
