Vertu Expands Skoda Network
Vertu Motors has acquired the Skoda dealership in Leicester from Marshall Motor Group, adding to its portfolio of Skoda dealers.
The deal, which was agreed for an undisclosed fee, sees the East Midlands business begin trading under Vertu ownership as of November 1.
The site will be rebranded as Vertu Skoda Leicester, joining existing Skoda dealerships in Darlington, Derby, Chesterfield, and Nottingham.
- Vertu strengthens its presence in Leicester, where it already operates Renault, Dacia, and Toyota dealerships.
No comment from the companies on the deal value.
