Pastor Charged with Human Trafficking and Sexual Battery
A pastor from the Oklahoma City area, Elmer Baca Flores, has been charged with human trafficking and sexual battery.

According to the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, the charges were filed by the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office following an investigation by the OBN Human Trafficking Unit.
