Morris-Ogelsby is accused of fatally shooting a man after a dice game at Sugar's Lounge in Dayton on April 5. He then drove to a house in Middletown, where his car was found, but he remains at large.
The FBI believes Morris-Ogelsby may be receiving help from others and considers him armed and dangerous with violent tendencies.
