Katongo Queries Rivers United's Credentials in Champions League
Zambian football legend Christopher Katongo has backed Power Dynamos to progress from Group A of the 2025/26 CAF Champions League, expressing doubts over Rivers United's experience.
"I think Power Dynamos have a real chance to go through. Every team has a shot, but looking at my country's team, they have what it takes. Rivers United don't have much experience at this level, and that could trouble them."
Katongo's comments came after the draw that placed Power Dynamos alongside RS Berkane, Pyramids FC, and Rivers United.
