Community Supports UPS Driver Garitt Cox
Retired UPS driver Garitt Cox was honored for exceptional service by the Sierra County community.
Cox was awarded a Resolution of Appreciation by the Sierra County Board of Supervisors for his dedicated service and going above and beyond his delivery duties.
This whole community just shows love, and it’s a family up here, and you don’t see that in too many other places anymore.
He expressed gratitude to the community for their help in delivering packages, often relying on community members for guidance when he was unsure.
