Pokémon Legends: Z-A Mega Dimension DLC Launches December 10
Nintendo has announced that the [translate:Pokémon Legends: Z-A's Mega Dimension DLC] will release on December 10 for Switch and Switch 2. Alongside the launch, a new side mission is available starting today.
New Mega-Evolved Pokémon and Expanded Gameplay
This DLC introduces numerous newly discovered Mega-Evolved Pokémon and other rare species not typically found in Lumiose. Players will explore a new area called [translate:Hyperspace Lumiose], an alternate reality created by spatial distortions forming around the city.
Adventure with Ansha and Hoopa
Guided by doughnut chef Ansha and the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa, players embark on a journey to meet these new Pokémon and experience mega-evolutions that can surpass the usual Level 100 cap.
"Hoopa's powers are awakened when it receives one of Ansha's donuts, transforming the distortions into portals to hyperspace. Ansha uses Berries to create various kinds of donuts that grant different effects in hyperspace, such as powering up your Pokémon. She can also use more potent Hyperspace Berries, which are useful for taking on the high-level Pokémon in Hyperspace Lumiose," Nintendo explains.
Level Cap Extension
For the first time in the series, some Pokémon can grow beyond Level 100 in this DLC, enhancing the player's training and battle options significantly.
