People's Postcode Lottery: Four Herts Areas Among October Winners
Postcodes in Kings Langley and Hemel Hempstead were among the successful entries in October’s People's Postcode Lottery draws. In total, four Hertfordshire postcodes claimed prizes during the month.
Compared with September, which saw seven local winning postcodes including one in Watford, October was quieter for the county. However, the month still brought a victory to residents of Kings Langley.
How the Lottery Works
Each participant contributes £12 monthly to enter the draws:
- Monday to Friday: players have a chance to win £1,000.
- Saturday: participants can share a £1 million prize.
- Sunday: one lucky postcode can secure a £30,000 reward.
